How do I report a lost or stolen card?

You can easily order a new card using the Mobile Banking App. You should first make sure that your postal address is correct in the My Details section of the app.

Step 1: Select ‘Cards’ icon or ‘Manage cards’ from menu

Step 2: Tap Need help with your card?

Step 3: Tap one of the three options (damaged, stolen, lost)
