Do I have to be a member to open an account?

You can open an account as a member or a customer of the bank. If you want to become a member, find out more here. If you prefer to open an account as a customer, complete the customer application form.

How do I open an account?

If you’re already a member, you can quickly and easily open a new account through Internet Banking.

How secure is my money?

Your deposits with us are protected under the Australian Government Financial Claims Scheme, up to a limit of $250,000 for each account holder at the Bank. For more information please refer to the Financial Claims Scheme webpage.

How can I access my account(s)?

We provide flexible and simple banking options, giving you the freedom to bank your way at a time that works for you. Find out more about ways to bank with us.

Can I link my accounts?

You can link all of your accounts – including mortgages and loans – to your Everyday Direct account to easily transfer funds, track your savings, and manage your bills and spending. When you join, an Everyday Direct account will be automatically opened for you.

Is there a monthly account fee on my transaction or savings accounts?
