How can I control my cards in the Mobile Banking App?

You can change your card PIN, temporarily block your card, and stop a card and report it as lost or stolen using the Mobile Banking App.

Change PIN

  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Go to Self Service
  3. Select Manage Cards
  4. Choose the card
  5. Select Change PIN from the drop‑down menu and follow the prompts to update the PIN

Temporary Lock / Unlock Card

  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Go to Self Service
  3. Select Manage Cards
  4. Choose the card
  5. Select Lock/Unlock Card from the drop‑down menu and follow the prompts to apply the lock or unlock

Report Card as Lost or Stolen

  1.  Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Go to Self Service
  3. Select Manage Cards
  4. Choose the card
  5. Select Report Card as Lost or Stolen from the drop‑down menu and follow the prompts to complete the report
