How can I control my cards in the Mobile Banking App?
You can change your card PIN, temporarily block your card, and stop a card and report it as lost or stolen using the Mobile Banking App.

Change PIN
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Go to Self Service
- Select Manage Cards
- Choose the card
- Select Change PIN from the drop‑down menu and follow the prompts to update the PIN

Temporary Lock / Unlock Card
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Go to Self Service
- Select Manage Cards
- Choose the card
- Select Lock/Unlock Card from the drop‑down menu and follow the prompts to apply the lock or unlock

Report Card as Lost or Stolen
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Go to Self Service
- Select Manage Cards
- Choose the card
- Select Report Card as Lost or Stolen from the drop‑down menu and follow the prompts to complete the report
