How do I change my card PIN?
Change your card PIN using Internet Banking or the Mobile App.
Change PIN in Internet Banking
You don’t need to know your existing PIN, but you will need to have a one-time password.
Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking.
Step 2: Select ‘Self Service’, and then ‘Change PIN’.
Step 3: Follow the prompts.
Change card PIN in Mobile App
You can change your card PIN anytime via the Mobile App, you can even change your card PIN if you can’t recall your existing PIN.
Step 1: Log in to the Mobile App.
Step 2: Select ‘Cards’ menu at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Select ‘Change PIN’.
Step 4: Enter your existing (old) PIN or tick the ‘I don’t know my PIN’ checkbox.
Step 5: Enter a new 4-digit PIN number and confirm.
Step 6: Select ‘Update’.
You can also change your PIN when you visit our offices.
