SMS and email alerts
You can easily monitor your account activity with our unlimited SMS and email alerts. This way you’ll know when deposits have been made to your account, when your balance has changed or when your payment is due on your credit card or overdraft – you set them up to meet your needs and make your banking easy.
To set up your mobile alerts log into internet banking.
Deposit account alerts

You can nominate to receive an SMS or email alert (or both) when your account exceeds or falls below a nominated amount or when deposits are made to your account.
Future Payment alerts
- Unsuccessful Future Payment
You can nominate to receive an SMS or email alert (or both) when a nominated Future Payment has been unsuccessful due to insufficient funds in your account.
Overdraft account alerts

- Changed limit alert

You can nominate to receive an SMS or email alert (or both) when your overdraft is due for payment, when the limit has increased or decreased or when the owing balance exceeds or falls below a nominated amount.
Teachers Credit Card alerts

Home loan alerts
You can nominate to receive an SMS or email alert (or both) when the owing balance exceeds a nominated amount or falls below a nominated amount.
