How do I check my balance?

There are a number of ways to check your account balance.

Internet Banking

Step 1: Click on the button to log in to Internet Banking.

Step 2: Log in to see a list of your accounts and the current balance.

Step 3: Select an account to see your most recent transactions.

Mobile App

Use Quick Balance to easily view your balance – even when you’re not logged into the app.

You can also receive balances by SMS.

To get started, you need to register – you can do this within Internet Banking. Once registered you simply text the word ‘BAL’ to 0417 13 12 21 and a free text message will be sent to your mobile.

To request balances for any of your other accounts simply add the account type as outlined below:

‘BAL (space) S2’ ‘BAL (space) I10’ ‘BAL (space) L22’

At an ATM

There are now over 10,000 ATMs across Australia where you can access cash without charge.
