I do not have a UniBank card

If you’ve forgotten or lost your Access Code, you can use any active UniBank Visa Debit or Credit Card number to reset it. 

If you’ve just opened a new account with us, your Visa Debit Card should arrive by mail in 5–7 days. When it arrives, you can use your card number to reset your Access Code.

If you don’t have an active Visa Debit or Credit card or you’d rather not wait, contact us to reset your access code.
