UniBank this week welcomed members to the official opening of its new-look Rhodes branch.
Marking a significant milestone in the bank’s ongoing strategy to modernise its member experience and deliver more convenient banking services, UniBank’s Homebush branch has relocated to Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre.
Teachers Mutual Bank Limited Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Nichole Banks, said: “After many years proudly operating from Homebush, our branch and team have relocated to a new location in the Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre where we’re able to offer our members an even better face-to-face experience.
“Our new branch not only offers members a fresh, contemporary banking experience, it also reflects our progress in reshaping our services to better deliver the banking services our members need today and will want tomorrow.”
With a welcoming, contemporary design, the new Rhodes branch is built for connection, accessibility, and community, while importantly making banking easy and convenient for members.
“We are committed to maintaining branches and supporting personal banking services,” Ms Banks said. “Investing in our branches is important to our members and we are thrilled to be able to offer an even better, more convenient experience.”
This week's opening follows the successful relocation of the Newcastle branch to a more central location in Charlestown Square shopping centre earlier this year, making it easier for members to access essential services in a high-traffic location.
