    Interest rate changes to Fixed Home Loans and My First Home Loan

    Effective 1 March 2016 for Owner Occupied loans only

    The Bank has reduced rates across its owner occupied fixed home loan products providing members with some of the better rates on the market. 

    These rates are great for members looking for security and knowing that their home loan repayments won’t change for the duration of the fixed term. In addition, members could make further savings if they take advantage of our 100% offset facility. 

    For first home loan borrowers we have lowered the variable interest rate on My First Home Loan by 0.20% pa effective 1 March 2016 for new business and 1 April for existing home loans.
