More than this however, we need to ensure that we are providing to members what they really want from their financial services provider, and a key part of this is finding out what is most important to them. With this in mind, Unicredit is pleased to announce the launch of our 2014 Member Focus Survey. Members are able to complete the survey online in around 5 minutes, and printed copies are available if they wish to fill in the survey in this way. Unicredit has a dedicated survey page set up on the Unicredit website where members can find out additional information and access the survey.
