When does the introductory interest rate apply?
The introductory interest rate applies to new cardholders for the first 6 months. After this period, the rate reverts to the standard ongoing rate. Any balance transfers made during the first 6 months will also receive the promotional rate until the 6-month period ends. Members who have previously held a credit card are not eligible for the introductory rate.

Can I transfer balances from other cards?
Yes. You can transfer unpaid balances from other credit or store cards in your own name to your new Credit Card. You can do this during your application by completing the balance transfer section, or after receiving your card.

How is my credit limit determined?
Your credit limit is based on your income, financial commitments, and credit history. When you apply, the Bank will assess your ability to manage repayments responsibly and set a limit that suits your financial situation. Credit limits range from $1,000 up to $25,0002.

Can I have an additional card/s?
Yes. You can have additional cards issued to family or any other persons, providing they are over 18 years of age. The additional card/s operate in the same manner as your primary card and you will be responsible for their usage.
