How do I change my PIN?

You can change your PIN using one of the below options.

Mobile app

Reset your card PIN via the app, without having to visit a branch or RediATM. To change your PIN via the app you will need to know your existing PIN. If you are unsure of your PIN, please login to internet banking to change your PIN. Download the mobile banking app from the Apple App Store or Google play store.

At an office

Internet Banking

Simply log in to internet banking, then select ‘Self Service’ followed by ‘Change PIN’ and follow the steps. 

Change your PIN at selected rediATMs

You can change your PIN at selected rediATMs. However, if the rediATM is operated by NAB or Bank of Queensland, the 'change PIN' option is unavailable.
